1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar
technologies, such as browser local storage (localStorage), fall under the same
rules by virtue of article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC and article 4(5) of Greek Law
3471/2006.
This website uses no advertising cookies, no tracking cookies and no third-party cookies. There are no pixels, tag managers or ad networks.
2. What we actually use

Beyond this single entry, the website stores nothing on your device without your consent.
3. Categories in the consent banner
Strictly necessary
Required for the site to work and to remember your choice. These need no consent and cannot be switched off.
Statistics
Would allow traffic to be measured in aggregate form. Nothing of the kind is currently installed. The category remains available so that, if a measurement tool is added later, it loads only after consent.
Embedded content
Covers the Google Map on the contact page. Without consent the map does not load: a button appears in its place and loads it only if you press it. Once loaded, Google may store its own cookies on your device, governed by Google's privacy policy.
4. Changing or withdrawing consent
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it:
The same option is permanently available in the footer of every page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
5. Browser settings
You can also delete or block local storage from your browser settings. In Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge the relevant option is under privacy settings, site data. Note that deleting it will bring the consent banner back.
6. Third-party content
The only third-party provider that may be activated is Google Maps, and only through an action of yours. Fonts, icons and scripts are served from our own server and do not load from third-party content delivery networks.
